Videoconference

Last Tuesday we held a videoconference between our English pen pals in Kent (England) and 5ºB in  Ourense (Prácticas School ).
Our students were introduced to their English penpals on camera.
This activity has been an unforgettable experience.
Thank you !

Hello!!!

Hello!!!

First I want to say that I'm so sorry that I left school so quick!!! I wanted to explain you, but I didn't have the time. I had to start a very important English course, so I can't go to school this month. How is your new teacher? Do you have fun at class with her? How were the exams? (I'm going to correct them this weekend, so I hope they are well).

To the ones that go to the school trip: Enjoy it a lot. And to the others, have a little patience, holiday is just there.

I want you to know that I'm going to be at school on Tuesday, 21st June, after the break, to say goodbye to all of you.

I also sent Martín Blanco's question to Simple Plan, if they answer, I will post here the link.

Comment if you want to say something.

I miss you a lot!!!

(el día 21 después del recreo iré al colegio para despedirme de todos vosotros. Los que van a la excursión pasadlo muy bien, y los demás algo de paciencia, que ya llegan las vacaciones!!!)

This is Alexis Jordan: Good Girl

Lyrics for the song:

I like tight jeans, dark shades,
When I walk the ground shakes (boom)
Like an 808 (boom)
You appreciate my lean
Body nice shape,
Wanna take me on a date (move)
You've got what it takes (move)
You better have some cake.

I like, how I'm catching your eyes,
I like, how I don't even try,
I like you, I like you boy,
I like you, boy.

[Chorus]
You might mistake me for heart breaker,
'cause there's blood on the floor,
I'm hoping you will see, there's something good in me,
Never seen before,
Might mistake me for a heart breaker,
'cause there's blood on the floor,
I know you're shaking me,
My heart is there for keeps, there's an open door.

I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good girl,
But I've been bad before.
Good girl,
I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good girl,
But I've been bad before.
Good girl, but I've been bad before.

I chew bubble gum and talk fast,
Switch up to high class (grooves)
On my day to day (grooves)
On these 28's,
My hydraulics bump hard,
But I can't kiss a car. (lose)
If you walk away (lose)
This could be your day

I like, how I'm catching your eyes,
I like, how I don't even even try,
I like you, I like you boy,
I like you, boy.

[CHORUS]
You might mistake me for heartbreaker,
'cause there's blood on the floor,
I'm hoping you will see, there's something good in me,
Never seen before,
Might mistake me for a heartbreaker,
'cause there's blood on the floor,
I know you're shaking me ,
My heart is there for keeps, there's an open door.

I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good girl,
But I've been bad before.
Good girl, but I've been bad before
Good, good girl,
I know I can be a good, good girl,
I know I can be a good girl,
But I've been bad before.
Good girl, but I've been bad before. [x5]

Simple Plan and Natasha Bedingfield: Jet Lag

Here you have the newest Simple Plan song. The song is called Jet Lag, and they sing it with Natasha Bedingfield. They will release their new album in June.

Do you know what jet lag is?????

This is where you can watch the video.

These are the lyrics of the song:

What time is it where you are?
I miss you more than anything
Back at home you feel so far
Waiting for the phone to ring
It’s getting lonely living upside down
I don’t even wanna be in this town
Trying to figure out the time zone's making me crazy.

[Chorus]
You say good morning
When it’s midnight
Going out of my head
Alone in this bed
I wake up to your sunset
It’s driving me mad
I miss you so bad
And my heart heart heart is so jetlagged.

[Verse 2]
What time is it where you are?
5 more days and i’ll be home
I keep your picture in my car
I hate the thought of you alone
I been keeping busy all the time
Just to try to keep you off my mind
Trying to figure out the time zone's making me crazy

[Chorus]
You say good morning
When it’s midnight
Going out of my head
Alone in this bed
I wake up to your sunset
It’s driving me mad
I miss you so bad
And my heart heart heart is so jetlagged.

[Bridge]
I miss you so bad (x5)
I wanna share your horizon
And see the same sunrising
I miss you so bad
Turn the hour hand back to when you were holding me.
[Chorus]
You say good morning
When it’s midnight
Going out of my head
Alone in this bed
I wake up to your sunset
and it’s driving me mad
I miss you when you say good morning
but it's midnight
Going out of my head
Alone in this bedI wake up to your sunset
And it's driving me mad
I miss you so bad
And my heart heart heart is so jetlagged.
